Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Zaro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Zaro is a decision-support tool that analyzes your inputs (including email, tasks, and context you provide) to help you prioritize and act. You retain responsibility for decisions and outcomes.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for activities under your account.
  • You may close your account at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse or interfere with the service.
  • Do not attempt to access data you do not own or have permission to access.
  • Do not use the service to violate laws or third‑party rights.

5. Integrations (Google, Microsoft)

When you connect Gmail or Outlook, you authorize Zaro to access your mail for the purpose of classification, prioritization, and generating your daily plan. Zaro’s use and transfer of Google information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Subscriptions & Fees

If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented in the product or at checkout. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the service or users. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes. You are responsible for decisions you make using Zaro.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (if any). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
